Your skills

“Expect the best, plan for the worst, and prepare to be surprised.”

As our new colleague, we expect EVERYTHING from you! This so called everything can be roughly divided into 3 categories:

  • Operational activities (30%)
    • Follow up on orders/activities in the Unbox reward tool
    • Follow up of deliveries that our client ordered through our tool (eg smartphones, IT material…)
    • Check with our suppliers
  • Support (30%, of which 10% client facing)
    • Answer questions that arrive to us through our functional mailbox
    • Register bugs (detection)
    • Escalate to platform developers and keep track of issue resolution (incl providing feedback to customers)
  • Implementation activities (40%)
    • Document new or existing processes:  create process maps, user guides, release notes etc
    • (Technical)  implementation:  prepare slides for clients in the sales and implementation process (pay attention, chances are that you will be attending these meetings yourself!), make and execute client implementation plan, do basic configuration in the Unbox reward tool
    • Product development:  help us create the next version of the tool, create a roadmap for product development, incl future functionalities and features

If you can check most of the boxes below, chances are you are the one we are looking for:

  • Strong communicator (clients, prospects, colleagues and suppliers) in Dutch, French and English
  • Excellent knowledge of excel: Vlookup, IF formulas and pivots are your best friends and hold no secrets for you
  • Interest in (hr) tools and applications
  • Accurate in everything that you do
  • Driver’s licence
  • Teamplayer!
  • Willing and able to learn
  • Flexible: (hours/distance):  you put the needs of our client first and are willing to go the extra mile
  • Willing to work with us on a temporary basis (start with a temp contract)



  • First work experience, preferably in helpdesk, implementation or project management
  • Knowledge of HR vocabulary (specifically compensation and benefits)
  • Likes combination of independent work and teamwork
  • An utterly charming personality
