What do we have in store for you?
At Unbox, you will get the opportunity to
- actively steer the R&S operations by setting priorities, coaching the R&S team, launch new initiatives in order to improve results and KPIs, manage operational issues;
- manage the customer relationships and work with them on continuous improvement
- actively participate in the change management process on the customer side;
- in support of our Business Development Management, actively participate in the acquisition of new customers
- with new customers, coordinate and manage the implementation of our R&S collaboration model, including putting together the team, elaborating the customized delivery model and processes, starting up operations, reporting and governance;
- keep track of new trends in digitization of R&S, investigate opportunities and design integrated digital solutions for our customers;
How do we imagine you?
- are an intrapreneur: proactive, dynamic, enthusiastic and always up for a new challenge
- love combining operations with sales and account management
- are a hands-on people manager, not afraid to take up operational tasks when necessary to support the team
- have a knack for understanding organizations
- are fluent in Dutch and French
- have considerable experience in Recruitment & Selection and project implementation management
- have the know-how to communicate and partner with different stakeholders and manage diverging points of view
